Conference Program2021 3rd International Conference on Big-data Service and Intelligent Computation (BDSIC 2021) will be held in HuaQiao University, Xiamen during 19-21 November, 2021. It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in Big-data Service and Intelligent Computation. BDSIC 2019 was successfully held in Wuhan Institute of Technology and BDSIC 2020 was successfully held online. Scholars and researchers working in the field of Big-data Service and Intelligent Computation from all over the world are welcome to attend the conference and share your experiences and lessons with other enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation.
2021年第三届大数据服务与智能计算国际会议(BDSIC 2021)将于2021年11月19日至21日在厦门华侨大学举行。它旨在为来自行业、学术界和政府的研究人员、从业者和专业人士提供一个论坛，讨论大数据服务和智能计算的研究与发展、专业实践。2019年BDSIC在武汉理工大学成功举办，2020年BDSIC在网上成功举办。欢迎来自世界各地从事大数据服务和智能计算领域的学者和研究人员参加会议，与其他爱好者分享经验和教训，并开发合作机会。（欢迎投稿）
Review Process
Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by
submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects,
surveying works and industrial experiences. Submissions must be
original and should not have been published previously or be
under consideration for publication while being evaluated for
this conference. After the paper submission, it will be sent to
be blind and peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Only revised papers
that pass the second review will be accepted. BDSIC do not
accept multiple submissions, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism.
Submissions in violation will be rejected without review.
The authors can choose one of the following ways for publishing of your papers. Please conform to the correct format when preparing your papers.
All peer reviewed and accepted papers, after
presentation, will be published into the
International Conference Proceedings Series by
ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-9055-2), which
will be indexed by
Ei Compendex and Scopus, and to be
submitted and reviewed by Thomson Reuters
Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI).

your abstracts to us for Oral Presentation Only.

Selected high-quality papers will have opportunities for consideration for the Special Journal Issue. The final decision for paper selection will be made based on peer review reports by the Guest Editors.
